Director - Enterprise Sales - NLA
REPORTING TO: VP, Enterprise Sales
JOB PURPOSE: The Director - Enterprise Sales is responsible for executing the company's Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and leading a high-performance sales team. This role oversees Strategic Account Executives, Mid-Market Account Executives, Small Business Account Executives, and Account Managers, ensuring alignment with revenue objectives, market expansion goals, and customer acquisition strategies. The Director - Enterprise Sales plays a critical role in driving sales growth, managing team performance, and fostering a results-driven culture.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals across multiple segments, driving new business acquisition and account growth. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's GTM approach to maximize market penetration. Collaborate with sales leadership to establish quotas, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and track overall sales performance. Coach, mentor, and develop sales team members to enhance productivity, sales effectiveness, and professional growth. Partner with internal teams such as Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Operations to optimize the sales process and customer experience. Ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting within the company's CRM system. Drive prospecting efforts through structured sales initiatives, including networking, referrals, and targeted outreach. Support team members in field sales efforts, assisting with high-value deals and customer negotiations. Maintain an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and company offerings. Execute territory expansion strategies, identifying new opportunities for business development. QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive results through motivation and accountability. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a strategic mindset to influence business decisions. Proven ability to analyze market dynamics and implement sales strategies effectively. Highly organized, with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data-driven sales management. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of sales management experience, with a focus on leading teams in a high-growth, hunter-driven environment. Demonstrated success in managing multi-segment sales teams and exceeding revenue targets. Experience in telecommunications, technology, or related industries is a plus. Ability to travel as needed to support regional sales efforts. What We Offer
