Field Technician - Transportation
We're looking for a Field Technician - Transportation that will perform field activities such as site investigations, inspections and assessments. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with company and site safety policies. Assist engineers in various technical aspects of conducting surveys and condition assessments. Reviews project requirements and accurately determines the correct format and contents of the required deliverable. Compile technical data to be presented to Project Managers and senior staff to be used in providing design, rehabilitation or replacement recommendations. Verify installation, troubleshooting, testing, repair and maintenance of site monitoring and testing equipment. Key requirements: Post-secondary education or associate degree in Science, Environmental Technology, Engineering or Instrumentation Minimum of 1 year of applicable experience Preferred candidate should poses a general understanding of site investigations, inspections and assessments with basic knowledge of engineering design, construction, and inspection. Previous construction or consulting experience preferred. Must be authorized to work in the US
