Compensation:
Towne Park offers competitive and fair compensation, with actual pay based on relevant skills, experience, education, and location. The hourly base pay for this position is $15.50 per hour plus tips. Work Schedule:
The work schedule includes shifts from 2 PM to 10 PM, overnight, and on-call as needed. Benefits:
Employees can enroll in accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan. Eligibility for benefits depends on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked. Seasonal and temporary roles are ineligible for these benefits. SUMMARY The Valet Parking Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly, attentive, and efficient manner. Duties include parking and retrieving guest vehicles promptly and safely, as well as assisting guests with luggage when needed. Descriptive Statement(s) - % of Time Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests and co-workers, acknowledging and greeting guests within five feet, using their last names during interactions - 25% Use proper greetings and welcome guests, practicing Towne Park phone etiquette, and positioning oneself properly when not performing tasks - 10% Park and retrieve guest vehicles while driving cautiously, assist with bell services and luggage storage, and open doors for guests - 20% Provide information to guests regarding directions, reservations, and attractions; assist with shuttling guests to approved locations - 10% Explain parking rates and procedures to guests, manage claim checks, and ensure accurate ticket information for all vehicles parked - 35% QUALIFICATIONS Education:
High school diploma or GED Required Licensure:
Must hold a valid driver’s license for the applicable state Work Experience:
At least one month of related experience or a combination of education and experience Knowledge:
Understanding of customer service principles and processes Skills:
