Provide technical assistance and training to clients, ensuring they understand the operation and maintenance of their equipment.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including installation details, maintenance schedules, and repair logs.
Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while on-site, ensuring a safe working environment.
Inventory Management:
Manage and maintain an inventory of tools and parts necessary for service tasks.
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or associate degree in a related field preferred.
Experience:
2+ years in a field service or technical support role, preferably in a related industry.
Skills:
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills; proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical information to non-technical clients.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
