Customer Service Appliance Specialist

to provide exceptional service and support to our valued customers. We specialize in building materials, home improvement supplies, and a diverse range of appliances, standing behind our offerings with expert warranty and repair services. Highlights of Your Role: Deliver and install appliances while connecting ductwork, water lines, and wiring, accompanied by basic operation instructions for our customers. Diagnose and repair appliances, ensuring accurate documentation of service and ordering/installing parts as necessary. Submit warranty repair documentation along with credit invoices to vendors and manufacturers. You’re a Good Fit If You Can: Provide outstanding customer service infused with honesty, compassion, and a welcoming attitude. Communicate professionally and courteously, actively listening and offering thoughtful solutions to customer issues. Utilize hand and power tools, as well as testing equipment, proficiently for effective diagnosis and repairs. We Also Want to Ensure You Have: A Class C Driver's license with a clean record and a valid health card. The ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 75 pounds, along with performing repetitive motions. Experience standing, walking, bending, climbing, and working in elevated areas for extended periods.
