Associate Nurse Manager (ANM)
serves as an extension of the Nurse Manager, responsible for delivering excellent patient care and supporting professional nursing practice. The ANM facilitates the strategic execution of nursing vision by supervising the care team, demonstrating leadership qualities, and fostering an inclusive, culturally competent environment. The role includes staffing management, performance improvement activities, patient experience enhancement, and supporting change initiatives in a dynamic healthcare setting. Education:
Graduation from an accredited nursing school; BSN required or must be obtained within 3 years of hire. Proof of enrollment required within 6 months of hire. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Valid Ohio RN License Current BLS certification Specialty certifications may be required depending on the unit Professional certification preferred Experience:
Minimum 2 years of hospital-based RN experience; 1 year of informal leadership experience preferred. Knowledge/Skills: Excellent communication and relationship management skills Solution-focused problem solving Ability to maintain composure under pressure Foster an inclusive, trusting work environment Clinical practice knowledge Leadership ability Personal and professional accountability Time management and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other applications Additional Details
