Actalent is Hiring: IV Certified Pharmacy TechnicianLocation: Flower Mound, TXSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (30-minute lunch) Actalent is seeking a licensed pharmacy technician to support a busy pharmacy in a high-volume compounding role. This position offers a structured weekday schedule and the opportunity to advance your pharmacy expertise in a respected medical facility. Key Responsibilities: Accurately compound sterile IV medications in compliance with USP and OSHA standardsCollaborate with team members during morning preparation, and work independently during afternoon sessionsPrepare both chemotherapy and non-chemotherapy medicationsCalculate precise dosage volumes using metric and apothecary systemsPerform routine cleaning of hoods and sterile compounding areas Qualifications: Active TSBP registration and IV certification Proficiency in aseptic technique and sterile compoundingOncology or high-volume IV preparation experience preferred but not requiredDemonstrated ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay-up to $28/hour, based on experienceMonday-Friday schedule with standard business hoursComprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k)Opportunity to join a reputable healthcare organization and expand your professional experience Work Environment: On-site medical facility with strict cleanroom protocolsSupportive team setting focused on patient safety and quality careReady to Apply?This is a limited opening with high interest.
