Nuclear Medicine Technologist
to join its patient-centered imaging team. Position Summary:
As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you'll play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging and patient care. You'll work with state-of-the-art equipment and a collaborative clinical team to ensure each patient receives safe, effective, and compassionate care. Responsibilities:
Explain procedures clearly and compassionately to patients
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals (oral, IV, or injection)
Operate imaging equipment and deliver high-quality diagnostic images
Maintain accurate records of radionuclide usage and patient data
Start IVs, perform phlebotomies, and administer radionuclide doses
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory protocols
Participate in department meetings, training, and continuous learning
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all patient interactions
Support daily operations including equipment maintenance and supply inventory
Qualifications:
Current ARRT (Nuclear Medicine) or NMTCB Certification
Active California Nuclear Medicine License
BLS and First Aid Certification
Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (newer candidates may be considered)
Ability to provide two current, verifiable professional references
