We’re seeking a proactive, detail-driven

Accounts Payable (AP) Administrator

to join our team and help elevate financial operations with precision and integrity. What You’ll Do Your role supports

vendor trust, financial accuracy, and operational efficiency . You’ll manage outgoing payments, vendor relations, and help keep our books clean and audit-ready. Daily Duties & Responsibilities: Invoice Processing:

Receive, verify, code & enter vendor invoices Discrepancy Resolution:

Investigate & resolve billing, vendor, & tax issues Records Management:

Maintain accurate & organized AP files for audits & internal controls Reconciliation:

Balance vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, & ensure GL accuracy Month-End Close:

Ensure all expenses are entered for the month prior to closing Vendor Communication:

Build trusted relationships with internal teams & external business partners 1099 Management:

Ensure IRS & TIN compliance, manage W9 & reporting documentation What You Bring Required: 2+ years of experience in AP or finance-related role Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) Effective communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems (e-Emphysas, NDS) Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines Working knowledge of accounting principles and compliance best practices Preferred: Knowledge of 1099 regulations and IRS compliance systems Background in high-growth or fast-paced companies Perks of Being a WMH Team Member: Competitive Pay
