Data Entry Pharmacy Technician (2nd or 3rd Shift)

DescriptionOur CompanySpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.Responsibilities:Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry ManagerAnswer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiriesHandle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely mannerTriage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.Clarify orders as needed.Qualifications:Active OH Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician Licensed.Previous experience in pharmacy.LTC pharmacy experience preferred.Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Moderate to advanced computer skills required.Great telephone etiquette a must.Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus.High school diploma or equivalent.Schedule: 10am-6:30pm Monday- Friday and every other weekend 2:30pm-11pm Monday- Friday and every other weekend 7pm-3:30am Monday- Friday and every other weekend Company Benefits:We offer a competitive salary and benefit packageEEO Statement, SpecialtyRx, Inc. is fully committed to employing a diverse workforce.
