Minimum 3 5 years preferably in a related industry Skill Level: Work closely with Project Managers on project management, including: controlling costs to meet net profit goals, prompt communication with customers, and holding vendors accountable for providing superior service to GSM. Additional responsibilities include issuing PO# for equipment and materials for all Commercial Roofing projects, ensuring receipt of executed agreements on all jobs, setting up job jackets, scheduling and tracking inspections, tracking deliveries of purchase orders, processing A/P invoices for jobs, checking warehouse materials to/from jobs, issuing subcontractor lien releases, tracking fully executed change orders, processing client billings per contract including retainage, preparing AIA and lien waivers, running job reports for project manager review, reviewing field staff timesheets, attending weekly production meetings, reviewing monthly over/under and job reports, reviewing general ledger transactions, closing jobs when completed, tracking aging and resolving collection issues promptly. Requirements: Knowledge and expert experience in administrative project management as detailed in the responsibilities list. High level of organization. Superior communication skills and professionalism. A self-starter capable of working independently. Skill in operating personal computer programs such as scheduling, spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
