BrandProduct Marketing Manager - Health & Wellness
Pay Range : $95K - $125K
Will lead the development and execution of brand strategies for our U.S. healthcare portfolio. This role is responsible for building awareness, equity, and trust around new-to-market wellness brands, with a strong focus on consumer-centricity and digital-first execution. The role requires strategic leadership, strong analytical acumen, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints. This position owns the brand P&L and plays a central role in innovation, marketing communication, and performance tracking post-launch.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Execution Lead the launch and commercialization of new products in the U.S. market, including positioning, messaging, and cross-functional execution. Collaborate closely with relevant cross-functional teams to ensure 360-degree marketing activation. Partner with creative and media agencies to develop and implement integrated campaigns that support product growth. Brand Strategy & Positioning
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives. Define and articulate brand positioning, personality, and key messaging. Lead consumer segmentation and targeting efforts based on market and insight-driven data. Consumer & Market Insights
Translate consumer research and cultural trends into actionable brand strategies. Leverage data and internal tools to monitor brand health and category trends. Represent the voice of the consumer in all stages of brand development. Brand Performance & Optimization
Own the brand P&L and monitor performance metrics including revenue, margin, and ROI. Conduct post-launch analysis and recommend optimizations to strengthen product positioning and growth Innovation & Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate closely with R&D, and supply chain, to shape innovation pipelines. Lead cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market plans with agility. Ensure compliance with regulatory and category norms across all consumer-facing content. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). 7~10+ years of experience in product or brand marketing, preferably in health, wellness, or consumer healthcare categories. Proven track record in launching and scaling consumer products in competitive markets. Experience developing go-to-market strategies and managing product messaging across channels Strong strategic thinking, product storytelling, and creative judgment. Analytical skills with experience using data to inform messaging and positioning decisions Ability to synthesize customer insights into actionable product strategies. Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional teams. Strong communication, stakeholder alignment, and presentation skills. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with limited structure. Strategic and customer-centric mindset, with a passion for building impactful brand experiences Passionate about health and wellness. Self-motivated and accountable, able to work independently and drive cross-functional alignment Curious, proactive, and insight-driven. Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Collaborative and solutions-oriented. Passionate about health and wellness, with a strong belief in the value of brand-led consumer impactHigh integrity and accountability. Wellness products: Candidates should ideally have direct experience in the wellness space-this could include health supplements, fitness, mental well-being products, etc. Consumer-facing businesses: Not just general marketing, but marketing and digital work that involves B2C (business-to-consumer) interactions.

It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
