The desired candidate must be located in this area. The family-owned company was established in 1925 by the Lewis brothers: Amos, Arnold, and Jack.Essential FunctionsManage customer accounts including developing, and growing customer relationships in a big box selling environment.Providing leadership to a team to achieve sales volume targetsRecruit, train and develop a team of store merchandisers to meet customer requirements and expectations, as well as sales targetsProviding feedback to management to ensure effective resultsMeeting and exceeding customer expectations by following company strategiesObserving and reporting competitive activity within the territory and recommending solutions to managementPromoting practices that result in all employees conducting themselves in a safe and professional mannerQualificationsQualificationsSuccessful candidates must have at least three years of sales and management experience in a consumer packaged goods or direct store delivery environment.
