Scripps Health Administrative Services supports our five hospital campuses, 31 outpatient centers, clinics, emergency rooms, urgent care sites, along with our 17,000 employees, more than 3,000 affiliated physicians and 2,000 volunteers.
All SSRS employees receive an hourly shift differential. In addition, a $8,000.00 retention incentive is offered for full time Rad Tech positions and a $4,000.00 retention incentive is offered for part time Rad Tech positions. Casual/per diem Rad Tech positions are not eligible for a retention incentive.
This is a pipeline req for all Rad Tech - SSRS positions within Scripps Health. Schedules, shifts, and FTEs may vary.

This position requires the ability to float to all Scripps Health outpatient clinics and hospitals, including Encinitas, La Jolla, Green, San Diego/Hillcrest and Chula Vista.

Required Certification/ Specialized Skills:
CRT
FLUORO ELIGIBLE (MUST OBTAIN FLUORO WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF HIRE DATE)
BLS from the American Heart Association
Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology Technology
Excellent interpersonal skills
Preferred Licensure /Experience:
ARRT
Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting
Knowledge of patient focused care delivery
