5+ Years Austin Full-Time Autonomize AI is seeking a highly motivated, driven Senior Software Engineer to join our team on a journey to help organizations scale across the globe. Autonomize is on a mission to help organizations make sense of the world's data. We help organizations harness the full potential of data to unlock business outcomes. Unstructured dark data contains nuggets of information that, when paired with human context, will unlock some of the most impactful insights for most organizations, and its our goal to make that process effortless and accessible. About the Role: The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for architecting, developing, and testing the Autonomize Health platform and applications, including UI, middleware, backend data pipelines, APIs, and cloud operations architecture. Must-have Technical Competencies - skills: 5+ years of experience in building web applications from scratch. Experience in designing/architecting scalable and resilient web applications. Strong exposure to Microservices architecture. Experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or similar. Experience working with at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience in integrating and deploying Machine Learning/Deep Learning models. Experience with containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes, etc. Familiarity with Agile/Rapid development processes. Nice to have: Experience leading a team of developers, driving quality and deliverables through direction, mentoring, and code reviews. Experience working with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable development requirements. Familiarity with visualization libraries such as D3.js. Familiarity with AI/ML, Data Analytics frameworks. Experience with databases like Postgres, Elasticsearch (ELK), or GraphDBs (neo4j, Tiger Graph, etc.). Exposure to OpenAI APIs. Experience with Kafka, ActiveMQ, and/or REDIS. Values we look for: Owner mentality - self-directed, minimal supervision, hands-on leader to drive quality in usability and experience.
