brings an entirely new concept to Birmingham.
The four unique spaces, The Fennec, The Social, The Cypress, and The Foxhole Lounge, provide a variety of options to feature events enhanced by entertainment from new artists, while coupled with a locally progressive menu. The Fennec’s menu has been created by an award-winning chef, and our contemporary cocktail bar offers tailored cocktails.
The leaders of the Fennec have a mission to make excellence effortlessly routine.
RESPONSIBILITIES Separate and clean all wares used in the
Cafe and use correct handling procedures
in washing Scrape all pans and pre-wash before
putting into the washing machine (if there is no machine, wash pots by hand
using prescribed amounts of soap and
disinfectant)
Operate a dish machine and pot-washing
machines (when trained to do so) Ensure the complete satisfaction of each
and every guest, through clean plate/silver/glass wares Ensure that all levels for sanitizer on dish
machine and pot sinks are at a specific requirements for health standards Keep utensil rack, dish storage area, mop
room, banquet area, dish closets and
trash cans Air dry all wares before storing Dish team may also help keep storage areas clean Take out trash to the dumpsters
