2nd Shift Sewing Operator

Job Functions of Sewing Machine Operator: Work specific zone which flexes due to variation in cycle. Within designated zone, produce specified product to required specifications using proper methods; i.e., gauging or other tools. Maintain equipment as required. Operate equipment safely and utilize methods to ensure safe operation. Properly set equipment to specific requirements. Maintain any required documentation for completeness and accuracy. Adhere to company quality standards and procedures. Adhere to all cluster requirements including proper utilization of goal boards. Use lights to alert support personnel of machine difficulties, supply needs, etc. Work in courteous cooperation with other cluster members. Employ the "bumping" technique as appropriate within the cluster. Address team issues in a timely and appropriate manner with team members/supervision. Contact supervisor as required to resolve cluster needs. Hours and Pay:

1st shift: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2.00pm.

$15.45/hour 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-1:00am.

$16.45/hour Qualifications:

Sewing test required High School Diploma or GED preferred 1 year in manufacturing experience preferred Must be able to stand for duration of day and walk frequently
