Job Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to drive sales.

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives.

- Accompany potential customers on test rides and demonstrations to showcase motorcycle performance and options.

- Assist customers in selecting the right motorcycle and accessories based on their needs and preferences.

- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Harley-Davidson product line, industry trends, and competitor offerings. This is done through enrollment in HDU which we will provide access.

- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring all paperwork is completed.

- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.

- Participate in dealership events and community outreach along with social media usage to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

- Maintain the showroom, ensuring motorcycles and displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Job Requirements

- Experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry is preferred but we are eager to train if you have a winning attitude!

- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. The ability to acquire a motorcycle endorsement is required.
