As a Visual Merchandising Coordinator, youre the translator between creativity and execution. Your work ensures that whats imagined in a brainstorm actually works in a real store. From updating standards to wrangling project details, your impact shows up in every perfectly placed product and customer wow moment. Your day consists of: Acting as the connective tissue between store teams and corporate departments, ensuring feedback turns into action Tracking and entering project milestones, purchase orders, and visual updates across Workfront and other systems Collaborating with creative, safety, and operations teams to ensure all store visuals align with our brandand function in the real world Maintaining and updating our Visual Standards Guide with input from buyers, merchants, and project managers Supporting field teams with clear communications, visual tools, and documented walk-throughs that fuel high-impact execution Managing time-sensitive calls, requests, and vendor documentation that keep our merchandising efforts moving at pace Youll be supported with: Bonus & career advancement opportunities at every level Programs like 401K with discretionary company match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and Referral Bonus Program Medical, Dental, Vision, and other Insurance Plans (subject to eligibility criteria) Work-life balance: A personal holiday Volunteer Time Off program that starts on day one Youll be successful with: 12 years of experience in visual merchandising, store operations, purchasing, or marketingand a passion for the details that make a display work Strong communication instincts and an eye for consistency, aesthetics, and practical execution Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excelyoull be working with data daily A proactive mindset: when you see a gap or misalignment, you step in to solve it The ability to balance fast turnarounds with accuracy, often while juggling multiple inputs A calm, customer-first demeanor when supporting stores with real-time requests Were an equal opportunity employer.
