In order to be considered for this role, after clicking "Apply Now" above and being redirected, you must fully complete the application process on the follow-up screen.OverviewThe Account Executive, Premium Sales will sell and service new and existing hockey ticket sales accounts, generate new leads, create new ideas to increase ticket sales, and help execute group sales campaigns for hockey games.Generate revenue using all sales methods, including cold calls, face to face appointments, arena tours, prospecting, and networkingActively prospect and research new sales leadsProvide analytical and well documented reports for all clients and prospects through CRM softwarePrepare and conduct in-person meetings in and out of the officeThis role will pay an hourly rate of $29.10 and is commission eligible.Benefits for full-time roles: Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401(k) savings plan, 401(k) matching, and paid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays).This position will remain open until October 10, 2025.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for maximizing revenue through the sale of Acrisure Arena Pack ticket packages including season tickets, partial plans, group tickets, and individual game ticketsUse cold calling, appointments and social selling as tools to sell season, group & partial plan ticket packagesCall past customers and new customers to generate group ticket revenueHandle incoming sales calls from prospective clients for all ticket packagesParticipate in outside networking events to gain additional business & develop relationships with new leadsEstablish professional relationships in order to create repeat business and superior customer serviceMeet or exceed appointed sales goals for all ticket packagesMaintain complete and accurate records for customersTrack and manage weekly sales leads and activities, and overall sales through the use of CRM-SalesforceStaff all home games to assist ticket sales promotional programsHandle special projects related to the department as assignedPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree or better from an accredited college/university in a related field requiredMinimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably in sports/entertainmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office is requiredDemonstrated ability to manage numerous business relationships in a professional mannerSuperior time management and customer service skillsAbility to work flexible schedule including event nights and weekends as required, in addition to traditional business hoursMust be highly motivated and positive, with the ability to handle multiple assignments under pressureMust be professionally aggressive, competitive, and possess a deducted attitudeMust possess attention to detail, highly organized and ability to listenFamiliarity with Paciolan and Salesforce.com (CRM) preferredTeam player with a positive attitude, professionalism, resourcefulness, integrity, motivation, and a strong work ethicCompetitive, self-motivated and creative-thinking skills and a team-first attitudeAbility to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
