Overview

The Senior Campaign Manager, Search is responsible for leading the success of clients' paid search campaigns by providing thought leadership on campaign strategies and optimization, and building strong relationships and establishing clear lines of communication with clients, partners, and internal staff members.

Responsibilities

Create and execute digital account strategies and plans for clients Oversee campaign management, optimization, and reporting of paid search campaigns Contribute to strategy and annual planning Interface with internal agency counterparts to share ideas, communicate service offerings, and to identify and deliver new solutions for clients Review client deliverables for quality and ensure that recommendations and work product are sound and viable Effectively manage keyword strategies Provide excellent communication and thought leadership to clients via phone, emails and direct contact presentations Command data analysis of key metrics to identify, recommend and implement changes for increasing the performance of client programs Manage budgeting, forecasting, billing and invoicing Have a proven track record of driving efficient growth and creating campaigns that deliver positive ROI Be familiar with the latest trends in Paid Search and have a solid understanding of the nuances of search engine algorithms Have excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced organization An innovative, positive, and self-directed attitude Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, concentration in business, marketing, or advertising preferred 2+ years of paid search experience, preferably on the agency side Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Pinterest, and Search Ads 360 preferred Demonstrated problem solving, organization, and project management skills Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks

Compensation Range: $58,850 - $90,620 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
