Eagle produces and sells its products through a network of over seventy facilities across twenty-one states and is headquartered in Dallas, Texas.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and manage market position.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Collaborate with the commercial and operational teams on forecasting and supply chain needs to support the market/customers.Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications of our cement products.Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products.Qualifications:A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cement or concrete construction industry.Strong understanding of cement/concrete and their applications.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory, with occasional overnights required.
