With a legacy rooted in quality and sustainability, the organization offers a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture where team members are empowered to drive strategy and execution with autonomy.Job DescriptionLead and execute division-level growth strategies across broadline and regional foodservice distributionManage and develop broker partners, field teams, and key distributor HQ relationshipsCollaborate on national joint business planning and strategic contract negotiations with top distribution partners (Sysco, US Foods, GFS, PFG, etc.)Analyze and translate distributor-specific data into strategic, actionable sales plansDeliver on financial targets through optimized trade management and margin performanceLead market planning, sales training, and trimester business planning for regional broker teamsRepresent the organization at customer meetings, broker visits, and industry events (~25% travel)Collaborate cross-functionally in a highly matrixed environment (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain)Contribute to strategic planning, including digital shelf compliance and category insightsSupport deduction management and commercial compliance in partnership with brokersMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
