| Full-Time | Monday-Thursday (10-hour shifts) | No Weekends

About the Role

Do you love sewing and want to turn your passion into a career? Whether you've been crafting at home, creating custom projects, or working in a shop, this is your chance to put your skills to work in a supportive, fast-growing business. We're looking for a detail-oriented Sewing Operations Specialist to join our production team and help create high-quality products for our dedicated customer base.

What You'll Do

Sew and finish materials of different sizes using

industrial sewing machines

(training provided if needed)

Hem, seam, bind edges, and attach Velcro or other accessories

Install grommets with a power grommet press

Troubleshoot basic machine issues and assist with light upkeep

Work independently and as part of a team to meet quality and production goals

Who We're Looking For

3+ years sewing experience

- whether professional or hobby-based (industrial experience a plus, but not required)

Comfortable with

fractional measurements

and attention to detail

Responsible, reliable, and motivated

Able to sit, stand, and walk for 10-hour shifts

Excited to learn and grow new skills

Bonus: Sewing machine maintenance or setup experience

Pay Details:

$15.00 to $20.00 per week
