Category Administration Description The Sterling Seacrest Pritchard marketing team is looking to add a member to their growing team. This individual will serve as the primary contact to the sales team on all client -facing requests and also act as a leader on the Employee Benefit Guide project. They will also work closely with the Manager of Marketing and Events & Marketing Executive to implement an email communications tool.Description: Serve as primary contact for all Producer (sales) client-facing requests - presentations, proposals, lead generation efforts, etc. Track timelines, implement brand consistency, and deliver high-level product Serve as leader for the Employee Benefits Guide project Partner with the EB Account team to manage process, timelines, and deliverables Work with EB team to determine if additional materials are desired Coordinate with Manager of Marketing to assign clients as needed Work with Manager of Marketing and Events & Marketing Executive to implement email communications tool Content creation, execution, and reporting. Assist with recruiting efforts and brand sponsorships Other duties assigned by Manager of MarketingQualifications: Must have 8-10 years of experience in a sales support role Must thrive on providing high quality materials for others Must have strong visual storytelling skills with portfolio to support Must be reactive in nature and can handle and deliver last-minute requests and edits Must be inquisitive and able to ask questions to keep the project going in the right direction Strong attention to detail Strong time management skills Experience with email marketing platforms such as Applied AMA, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc. Insurance industry experience preferred, but not required Experience with Employee Benefits is a plus Position RequirementsFull-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Shift -not applicable- City Atlanta State GA Position Sales and Marketing Enablement Exempt/Non-Exempt Exempt Open Date 7/10/2025 This position is currently accepting applications.
