Join SolarWinds and grow with us!Your Impact:Execute activities for prospecting, lead generation, and create interest in SolarWinds products for existing customersQualify inbound and outbound leadsUnderstand customer requirements and effectively communicate the SolarWinds value propositionRespond to customer inquiries via phone and e-mail, and assist potential customers during the product evaluation processManage, maintain, and communicate accurate customer and pipeline records within Salesforce for handover to Sales RepsSubmit accurate and timely Pipe create commits on a weekly and monthly basisConduct short first-touch 5-minute online product demonstrations to potential customer audiences that are both technical and non-technicalWork closely with the internal sales team based in Berlin to ensure a smooth handoverProvide market feedback to include customer priorities and needsEngage in "social selling". The candidate must be proficient in social media and thrive on creating new, unique content. This includes being comfortable being in front of a camera.Your Experience:1-2 Years Lead qualification/ SDR or Sales ExperiencePassion for creating interest in Prospects to learn more about SolarWinds ProductsEnthusiastic and "self-starter" approachAbility to communicate effectively (oral and written)Language preference (specificity is provided depending on the country being supported)Strong interpersonal skillsProficiency with CRM tools, preferably SalesforceProficiency with Microsoft Office (Exchange, PowerPoint, Excel, etc)Proficiency with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.SolarWinds is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
