Job Summary:
The Capital Campaign Manager leads the strategic oversight, management, and execution of a multi-year Capital Campaign designed to mobilize significant philanthropic investment. This role ensures cross-departmental alignment to meet ambitious fundraising goals, providing direction on campaign strategy, donor engagement, and internal performance management to achieve key milestones. Working closely with the CEO, COO, and leadership team, this role drives momentum by turning strategy into action. It brings clarity to complexity, aligning vision with execution. The ideal candidate is a mission-driven strategist, emotionally intelligent communicator, and detail-oriented project manager who values both systems and relationships. They lead with purpose and deliver with excellence, viewing every donor, system, and team member as a partner in impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Leads the strategic direction, vision, and execution of our Capital Campaign, driving momentum, strategic thinking, and goal alignment across all departments. Drives campaign planning, execution, and accountability end-to-end-the vision, timelines, messaging, moves management, logistics, budget, and performance metrics. Acts as a strategic advisor and thought partner to executive leadership and key team members, offering real-time insights, assets, and results-driven donor strategies. Leads high-accountability campaign meetings and cross-functional coordination, ensuring clarity of roles, excellence in execution, and sustained campaign momentum. Champions donor communication strategy in collaboration with Marketing, shaping personalized narratives and multi-channel touchpoints. Collaborates cross-departmentally to ensure donor intent is honored, impact is measurable, and experiences are results-driven. Builds and optimizes all Campaign systems, using data to drive insight, improve process efficiency, and ensure no opportunity is missed. Delivers high-value reporting and revenue forecasting, equipping fundraisers with clear insights into donor activity, campaign health, and paths to accelerate giving. Manages a personal portfolio of current and prospective donors, with a focus on securing annual and campaign gifts. Performs other duties as assigned. You Are:

Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience in a Development or Fundraising role Experience with Google Suite preferred Experience with SmartSheets preferred Bonus if you:
Have managed a campaign of $1M+ Have proven success working with C-suite level executives Have experience as a Major Gifts Officer Compensation: Anticipated hiring range for this position is $68,000 - $74,000/year. Final compensation will consider the candidate's skills, education, experience, credentials, and geographic location. Ranges are based on various factors, including but not limited to industry benchmarks, labor market, internal equity, and organizational budget.
