We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in a designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both direct and technical sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key customer relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals to success.
Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets within the assigned region. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our technology solutions. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining strong relationships. Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives. Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Requirements
Proven experience in sales, with a focus on
Automotive parts Strong knowledge of vehicle service equipment products Maintain up to date knowledge of OEM needs Strong understanding of software products and their applications in various industries. Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos effectively and engage potential customers. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Experience in outside sales and territory management is highly desirable. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer relationships and tracking performance metrics. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
