You will oversee agency relationships (SEO, PR, web), manage social media posting, edit and approve blog content, and drive outbound campaigns to increase brand awareness and support pipeline growth. This role reports to the Senior Vice President of Revenue and is based in San Francisco (Onsite).What You'll DoEffectively manage agency relationships (SEO, PR, web) to ensure delivery of high-quality work aligned with Alembic's brand and business goalsMaintain a consistent and engaging social media presence, with regular posting and brand-aligned content that drives follower growth and engagementEdit and approve blog content to ensure accuracy, brand voice, and timely publication cadencePlan, build, and execute outbound marketing campaigns to generate awareness and support pipeline and sales objectivesCoordinate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to align messaging and campaign prioritiesReport on key marketing performance metrics, demonstrating impact of agency work, content, and campaignsWhat Will Help You Succeed4-6 years of experience in marketing roles within B2B SaaS or technology companiesProven ability to manage agency relationships effectively to drive results (SEO, PR, web)Experience managing social media posting and strategy for a brandStrong writing and editing skills, with attention to brand voice and messagingExperience planning and executing outbound marketing campaignsExcellent project management and organisational skills, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyCollaborative mindset, working effectively with internal stakeholders and external partnersComfort with marketing tools and platforms, such as HubSpot, WordPress, social scheduling tools, or similarExperience managing content calendars and editorial processesBackground in demand generation or campaign performance optimisationFamiliarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and SalesforceExperience using creative tools, such as the Adobe suite, for basic edits or coordination with designersGeneral data-driven approach to marketing, using insights to optimise campaigns and contentExperience working with or marketing data, cloud, or AI solutionsExposure to startup or high-growth company environmentsFormal training or certifications in SEO, PR, digital marketing, or analytics such as Google Analytics certificationExperience working with marketing customers or agencies in previous rolesBasic HTML/CSS skills for quick web content updatesPrevious startup or founder experience, indicating adaptability and ownershipExposure to brand design and creative direction, supporting consistency across campaignsThe role is right for you if:You're an experienced marketing operations professional ready to drive comprehensive marketing execution for cutting-edge AI technology.
