Our ALL IN culture includes a focus on Safety, Wellness, Learning, Diversity and Inclusion, and giving back to our communities.ADB is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to provide day-to-day administrative and functional support within the Marketing Department. This role is primarily responsible for responding marketing inquiries and requests, managing the marketing asset library, coordinating internal marketing events and team meetings, and managing project plans or initiatives for the department. The ideal candidate is highly customer centric, a master relationship builder and excellent communicator, with a strong belief in the safety and well-being of team members, as well as a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provides high-level administrative support to the Marketing department; includes tracking marketing campaigns, sending mass email communications, coordinating events, and ensuring compliance with company brand and expectationsFull understanding of internal marketing processes and standards ensuring adherence and compliance in performing administrative and functional support tasksServes as a main point of contact or point of escalation for day-to-day marketing inquiries and requests from internal and external customers and clientsSupports with the management of marketing campaigns by tracking completion rates, ensuring key milestones are met, and driving visibility and accountability across the teamCoordinates all meetings and events for the Marketing team to ensure holistic scheduling for the departmentAssists with marketing research efforts by collecting data, drafting content, organizing internal resources, coordinating external resources and presenting on findingsGenerates high-level reports and ensures data integrity throughout all marketing systems and databaseSocial Media Posting, Monitoring Social Media Calendar, and Tracking AnalyticsContent Creation for all things marketingEvent logistics & Registration needs for industry eventsUpdates on internal ADB intranetMaintaining credits and Data Enrichment in ZoomInfoPerforms other duties as assigned by leadershipSUCCESS FACTORS:10% Travel ability nationwideA strong belief in ZERO - Being safe 100% of the time is the expectationAlignment with company mission, vision, and valuesA high level of customer centricityStrong work ethic with an ALL-IN attitudeStrong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team membersAbility to perform in a fast paced/high volume environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skillsAbility to be organized, problem solve, and be solution orientedSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to accomplish department goalsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)WORK ENVIRONMENT:Corporate headquarters is located at: 18777 US Highway 66, Pacific, MO 63069This position operates out of a temperature-controlled office environmentThis position may be required to use standard office equipment such as phones, computers, printers, etc.EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:1-3+ years of Marketing Administrative experience requireBachelor's Degree in Marketing preferredValid Driver's License requiredThe starting pay for this position is $25/hour and may vary based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.ADB Companies, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
