We consider the people behind those mortgages and work hard to give them the best opportunity to stay in their homes by providing solutions to navigate the challenges of homeownership while working toward their long-term financial goals.Join Us on Our JourneyWe are currently looking for a VP, Marketing to join our team.Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the Vice President (VP), of Marketing is accountable for the enterprise customer experience strategy, execution and measurement of experience and satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle across the company's business units and services. This role develops and executes performance marketing plans for the management of customer journeys with the goal of increasing customer lifetime value. The VP, Marketing, assesses interactions from the customer's point of view, identifying opportunities to improve the discovery, engagement and delivery of relevant services.This position collaborates with executives to lead customer acquisition, adoption, retention, and cross-promotion via paid and organic channels across multiple business units. Additionally, the role maintains relationships with outside agencies to ensure goals and objectives are achieved. The VP, Marketing manages team members and vendors who are responsible for practices and tools used for customer analytics (Google Analytics, for example) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
