Position DescriptionA Senior Technical Consultant is a position for a CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine developer and/or consultant, generally with more than five years of experience.Primary ObjectivesA Senior Technical Consultant is to provide billable technical and development services to customers in support of their CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine system. Depending on skillset, a Senior Technical Consultant may also provide other development or technical services, which may be unrelated to CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine.ResponsibilitiesA Senior Technical Consultant is primarily responsible for delivering services to customers through a variety of activities including, but not limited to, requirements gathering, analysis, formulating solutions to business issues, documenting specifications, estimating projects, development, testing, debugging, and project delivery to the customer.Required Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesMicrosoft .NET technologies, including T-SQL, C#, and VB.NetWeb Development ASP.NET/MVC, consuming and developing Web Services/Web APIs, HTML, JavaScript, and JqueryA degree in a technical discipline is preferredEnterprise Resource Planning system basic knowledge, specifically CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLinePrevious consulting experience is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSolid analytical and problem-solving skillsFlexibility in dealing with simultaneous projectsStrong customer service attitudeStrong self-motivation but not afraid to ask for helpHold yourself and your work to high standardsAbility to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlinesHigh energy level; ability to persistSpecial projects, training, and other internal or external activities may also be assigned at the discretion of Godlan, Inc. management.Education and ExperienceBachelor degree in a technical discipline is preferred.5+ years of Enterprise Resource Planning systems experience, specifically CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine.5+ years of progressive experience with Microsoft .NET technologies.
