Job Description & Requirements Neurological Surgery Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 24;Weekend;On Call Pay Rate: $3104.00 - $3360.00 This facility is seeking a Neurological Surgery Physicianfor locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: November, 2025 - January 2026, 24-hour call shifts, 7 to 8 shifts per month Practice Setting: Level 2 Trauma Center Types of cases: Adult Trauma Neurosurgery cases. Must be comfortable with spinal, lumbar and thoracic instrumentation. Credentialing Timeframe: 60+ days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) Must be board certified and have active state license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) Facility Location As a hub of government action, business, and social and cultural activity, Des Moines may be Iowas capital and biggest city, but it still retains its small-town charm and family-friendly vibe.
