Substitute Bus Driver/Utility Worker - 8 hrs/day

Job SummaryBus drivers safely transport students to and from a variety of school sites. Employees in this classification receive general supervision within a framework of standard policies and procedures. This Job class is responsible for ensuring the safety of all passengers including special education students while operating the assigned bus, and for ensuring the assigned bus is in a safe operating condition at all times. Under supervision of a Supervisor of Maintenance, Operations and Transportation, performs a variety of general cleaning tasks and/or assist in the preparation and serving of food in an assigned school, perform routine grounds maintenance, and gardening work.
