This person is the face of the company for our customers, providing empathetic and highly accurate communication in support of their health and quality of life. You will educate patients on the use of their equipment, troubleshoot issues, check-in with patients to ensure proper and safe use of their equipment, and build trust with our customers through regular face-to-face interactions.
