The ideal candidate will have recent experience with Spark, Scala and/or Python programming languages, as well as heavy cloud experience in AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, etc. Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, e.g., iterative and other modern approaches to software development Proficiency with sophisticated analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., R, Python, SQL, HiveQL) Develops strong understanding of the data sets and identifies ways to enhance its value by combining it with other data sets. Identifies meaningful insights from large data, interprets, and communicates insights from analysis and experiments Creates workflows to pre-process data, build machine learning models, and evaluate the effectiveness of those models on large data sets. Demonstrated advance proficiency development methodologies in the Cloud Data environment including but not limited to AWS, Snowflake, Azure and analytical tools including but not limited to Tableau, WebFocus, Thoughtspot, Power BI etc. Experience working with transaction data (e.g. credit and debit card transactions)
