Recruiter Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid- and senior-level hires across finance, operations, and corporate functions Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, build success profiles, and execute hiring strategies Source and engage top talent using creative, proactive methods Build and maintain strong pipelines for future talent needs Partner with HR and leadership to streamline recruiting processes Serve as a strategic resource to the incoming Global Head of Talent Acquisition Jump in across departments during periods of high-volume hiring
Recruiter Requirements
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in financial services or other fast-paced, high-growth industries Expertise recruiting for finance, ops, and corporate roles Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Confident sourcing across multiple platforms Strategic mindset with an action-oriented approach Agile and adaptable in evolving environments Must be available to work on-site in downtown Chicago three days per week
