About The Opportunity
We’re looking for a
Communications Associate
to join our Organic Growth team. Reporting to our VP of Content & Organic Growth, Maggie Leung (ex-Nerdwallet), you'll work on media outreach, data storytelling, internal communications, and content creation. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want startup growth experience, we’d love to meet you. This is a fully remote, full-time role with options for onsite work in Palo Alto, Toronto, or New York. What You'll Do Media Relations:
Manage PR operations, craft pitches, monitor news, maintain media lists, and build journalist relationships. Data Journalism & Research:
Collaborate on studies using survey data, craft narratives, and develop PR assets to drive growth. Internal Communications:
Work with CX and Product teams to address feedback and support culture initiatives through updates and newsletters. Content & Workflow:
Publish SEO content in WordPress, conduct keyword research, and assist in content planning. Ideal Profile Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, PR, or related field. Fast, curious, resourceful, and results-driven. Exceptional writer capable of simplifying complex ideas. Organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
