Job Details
Work on trade secret and employee mobility litigation. Handle PAGA and wage and hour class actions. Manage high-profile single plaintiff discrimination and harassment cases. Address founder disputes and pre-litigation matters. Respond to agency charges.
Requirements
Law school class years 2020-2023. Strong work ethic and broad experience with employment litigation and counseling. Outstanding academic credentials. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. California bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required. Resume/CV, Cover Letter, Transcripts, Writing Sample required for consideration
