Precision Analytical (PA) is the creator of the DUTCH Test, an innovative hormone test that creates better tools for healthcare professionals to explore hormone issues with their patients. This is a remote position. Our main office is in McMinnville, Oregon. We do allow for out-of-state candidates who are in the states we currently have employees in. This includes Alabama, Arizonia, California, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Montana, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin.
This is a part-time position working on average 15-20 hours weekly.

At PA, we base our pay ranges on the market median of similar jobs, as determined by third-party salary benchmark surveys. The salary range reflects the minimum to midpoint of the salary range to provide room for growth. Your individual pay will vary based on skills, experience, and internal equity. Job Summary
This Clinical Consultant is primarily responsible for providing expert, research-based guidance to DUTCH providers about patient reports, questions about results, testing, etc. Clinical Consultants work within our clinical team to maintain and improve the highest level of customer experience and support company goals.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Provide knowledgeable consultations via phone, video and e-mail to DUTCH test providers that may include advice on clinical best practices and treatment protocols as well as directing providers to relevant internal resources to assist with DUTCH interpretation and application Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing accounts through regular engagements, answering questions, and onboarding procedures; act as a liaison between internal teams and providers as needed to address clinical questions and concerns related to DUTCH testing Review batches of completed DUTCH reports regularly, with a high degree of attention paid to the values, graphs and comments prior to release to providers/patients Respond promptly to customer, team and company needs; communicate concerns or questions with the appropriate departments Access internal databases for provider/patient information, always ensuring HIPAA compliance Document consults, daily tasks and other information with notes as required through programs and spreadsheets utilized by the clinical team Collaborate with the clinical team and/or management to improve and streamline our processes and ensure excellence in client care; troubleshoot issues, research solutions, and support other team members as needed Occasionally support educational initiatives, internally or externally, with content and/or presentations about various health and wellness topics; this may include blogs, webinars, DUTCH group trainings or classes, dinner seminars Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Use PA’s Core Values in daily activities and interactions with others Collaboratively perform other duties as needed to support team and company goals
Qualifications & Desired Skills
Licensed health care practitioner (must be current and in good standing) with experience prescribing medications and hormones Highly experienced in utilizing DUTCH testing with patients Knowledge and experience with female/male sex hormones and adrenal hormones including a variety of holistic, functional, and allopathic treatment options

Technical Proficiency – Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies; comfortable using virtual communication platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Microsoft Office Skills – Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel to support daily tasks and communication. Organizational Excellence – Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail. Communication & Interpersonal Skills – Effective verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization and with external partners; skilled in active listening and relationship-building. Reliability & Flexibility – Dependable and punctual, with the ability to adapt work hours to meet business needs and support providers. Positive Cultural Ambassador – Brings a can-do attitude and actively promotes company values, culture, and brand both internally and externally.
Work Environment
This position is located in an office/employee home office environment with frequent use of a computer and related hardware, and telephone or video communications. This role requires effective internet capabilities and quiet work environment, free of distractions.
A person must be able to stand and/or sit; see, hear and talk; use hands to type,
handle or feel tools or controls; use hands and arms to reach. Occasionally lifting/moving up to 10lbs is also required.
In addition, this position will occasionally require a person to travel via car, airplane, and other modes of transportation to various sites including Precision Analytical locations, training or meeting venues, conference, etc.
This includes two onsite company events each year.
