$17.00/hr - $22.00/hr We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Brand Ambassador to join our team, our ideal candidate is someone passionate about sales and customer engagement. We take pride in offering top-notch products and personalized service that keeps our customers coming back for more. What You’ll Do: As a Retail Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of our brands. Your mission? To create memorable in-store experiences, build lasting relationships with customers, and drive sales through your passion and product knowledge. You will assist customers daily with their purchases, sign-ups, and billing issues and most important learn about our products to provide accurate information about their features and pricing to our customers to help drive sales and give customers solutions. We Offer: $17-$22 hourly pay + Performance Bonuses Extensive Full Paid Training A Fun and Supportive Team Environment Your Skills must include: Exceptional Communication and People Skills A Passion for Our Retail Based Brands and Products A Natural Ability to Connect with Customers Flexibility and Willingness to Work Weekends and Holidays Previous Retail or Customer Service Experience (Preferred) Requirements: Must be 18 years or older. Availability to work flexible scheduling. Have reliable transportation. Positive attitude and outlook. Professional appearance and demeanor. Physical ability to remain standing for the majority of an eight-hour shift. Relative work experience in any of the following roles: Retail, Food and beverage, Customer service, Brand management, Product Representation Duties: Represent our brands with a high level of knowledge and customer service abilities Engage with potential customers to create brand awareness and generate leads Conduct product demonstrations and provide information about the brand's products or services Distribute promotional materials and samples to target audience and increase sales Collect customer feedback and insights to improve brand positioning and marketing strategies Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop and execute event marketing plans Qualifications: Bilingual skills (preferred but not required) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales and customer service abilities Ability to effectively market and promote products or services Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Previous experience in event marketing or product demos is a plus Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
