Autodesk is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to join our growing team supporting the construction business. This part-time contractor role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of marketing experience, particularly in managing campaigns and collaborating across departments. You will help coordinate direct mail marketing programs and support a variety of account-based marketing activities, working closely with sales, marketing, and other business units. This position offers opportunities to further develop your marketing expertise, collaborate with a diverse team, and contribute to impactful campaigns in a supportive environment. What You’ll Do Support the setup and management of ABM direct mail campaigns within Sendoso, including administrative and budget tracking tasks. Work collaboratively with internal teams and sales to plan and execute direct mail campaigns for strategic accounts. Contribute to the creation and refinement of ABM programs designed to engage key customers. Assist with inventory management, campaign reporting, and budget tracking using available tools (experience with marketing & reporting tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, PowerBI, or Looker, Airtable is preferred but not required). Assist in creating custom account pages with tools like Instapage or Uberflip (experience is a plus, but not essential). Facilitate communication and feedback sharing between sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams. Document and share best practices for ABM and direct mail activities. Be open to learning and experimenting with marketing technologies and creative approaches, including AI tools (an interest in innovation is valued). Identify and suggest improvements for outreach and customer engagement strategies. What We’re Looking For 3-5 years of experience in marketing or related fields, including hands-on campaign management and cross-functional collaboration. Preferred experience (not required) with tools such as Sendoso (or similar direct mail platform), Salesforce, Marketo, Airtable (or similar PM tools), PowerBI, Looker, Instapage, or Uberflip. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline. Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn and adapt. Why Join Autodesk?
