Support patent and trademark litigation matters from pre-suit investigation through trial and resolution Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to IP disputes Assist with discovery strategy, including depositions and expert work Conduct legal research and prepare analyses on patent validity, infringement, and enforcement Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client counseling Help advise clients on IP enforcement strategies to protect their innovations

Requirements
JD from a competitive law school and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 1-5+ years of experience focused on patent litigation Strong understanding of IP law, including patent validity and infringement issues Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate clearly with clients
