$60,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Position Overview This is a fully onsite, contract-to-hire role based in Boca Raton, FL. The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute strategies that build our brand and drive measurable results across both B2B and B2C channels. The role requires a keen understanding of luxury market trends, brand storytelling, and audience engagement—serving the needs of trade professionals and individual luxury consumers alike. Key Responsibilities Brand & Campaign Management Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns targeting both B2B and B2C audiences across digital and traditional platforms. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, showroom experiences, and client touchpoints. Develop content that conveys the craftsmanship, heritage, and exclusivity of our collections, tailored to each market segment. Digital Marketing & Social Media Manage and grow the company’s social media presence with strategies customized for trade partners (B2B) and direct luxury buyers (B2C). Oversee website content, seasonal product launches, and SEO optimization for both professional and consumer search intent. Collaborate with creative teams for photography, video content, and product storytelling. Plan and execute showroom events, trade shows, and exclusive client experiences for both B2B and B2C audiences. Build strong relationships with interior designers, architects, luxury lifestyle influencers, and high-end retailers. Identify sponsorship and collaboration opportunities with complementary luxury brands. Analytics & Reporting Monitor and analyze campaign performance by segment (B2B vs. B2C) and provide insights to improve ROI. Conduct market research to track trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning in each audience segment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3–5 years of marketing experience, with proven success in B2B and B2C environments—preferably in luxury goods, home furnishings, or interior design. Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and trade marketing. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, SEO tools). Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Ability to work fully onsite and collaborate closely with in-house teams. Preferred Skills Experience working with high-end retailers, showroom networks, or trade associations. Photography, videography, or graphic design skills are a plus. Seniority level
