Position Responsibilities
Design low voltage systems, including intrusion, access control, CCTV, DAS, LAN, Wi-Fi Networks, and more for commercial and multifamily projects.
Act as a resource and provide technical assistance during bidding, design, permitting, and construction phases.
Provide efficiency reviews and value engineering options for existing designs.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project personnel.
Design code-compliant, contract-compliant, and cost-effective systems while reviewing scopes of work, specifications, plans, and legal contracts.
Here’s What We’re Looking For
5-8 years’ experience with Low Voltage Systems design.
Exposure to large-scale, multi-family residential construction projects is highly preferred.
Proficiency with AutoCAD is required; Revit (BIM) and Bluebeam Revu experience is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
