Job Information In this role, you will be responsible for protecting the identity of the Bobcat brand; overseeing production, asset management, facility branding, and supporting the evolution of our brand expression. Your focus will be on enhancing clarity and efficiency in managing the creative aspects of the brand, while safeguarding and managing the brand image. You will play a crucial role in governance, development, and execution.

Role & Responsibilities Brand Leadership & Alignment

Serve as a brand representative and a vital partner to the organization, ensuring consistent and confident brand messaging across all areas, aligned with our corporate identity.

Act as a steward and trusted advisor on brand identity, providing strategic guidance in a fast-paced environment.

Establish company-wide brand audits for consistency, compliance, and opportunities for brand growth in new spaces.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative assets adhere to guidelines and align with campaign strategies.

Manage the Brand Book, Guidelines, and Toolkit, maintaining comprehensive and accessible documents for internal and external stakeholders.

Production and Creative Agency Management

Act as the primary liaison between Bobcat and creative agencies, fostering collaboration and effective communication.

Review assets during production to ensure high quality and brand alignment.

Share best practices and industry insights to enhance brand expression across the organization.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, or related field.

7-10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in creative leadership and brand management.

In-depth knowledge of brand guidelines, asset management, and campaign development.

Ability to exercise brand stewardship and ensure consistency across platforms.

Experience working cross-functionally and building alignment internally and externally.

Strong project management, attention to detail, and follow-through skills.

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in building brand awareness and industry recognition.

Willingness to travel up to 20%, primarily in North America and globally.
