Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of insurance sales agents to achieve targeted goals. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to develop new business and grow existing client portfolios. Performance Monitoring: Assess team performance and provide continuous feedback to improve overall productivity. Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion. Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team remains knowledgeable about the latest trends in insurance sales.
Requirements
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Confident, self-starter who works well independently. A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual. Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others. Successful sales background.
