Fluent in English: required Experience in the real estate industry is a plus Experience in Digital Content Creation, Visual Content Production, and Writing Skills in Content Strategy Development and Market Research Proficiency in using design and editing software: CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc. Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work on-site in Davie, FL Role Description This is an in-person position based in Davie, FL. (not remote) Minimum of 20 hours per week, with a schedule based on the needs of the projects The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for developing, creating, and managing digital content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This includes producing visual and written content, planning and executing content strategies, and analyzing performance metrics.
