Advise on complex environmental compliance, due diligence, and transactional support for diverse clients. This on-site position offers high-impact work and a clear partner-track position. ________________________________________ This Am Law 200–caliber environmental practice combines a storied tradition of excellence with cutting-edge regulatory and transactional work. Known for its collaborative culture and strong mentorship, the team offers significant exposure to federal, state, and local environmental matters in New York. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Advise clients on federal, state, and local environmental laws (CERCLA, RCRA, CAA, CWA, TSCA) • Conduct environmental due diligence for corporate and real estate transactions • Draft and negotiate environmental provisions in contracts and related documents • Assist in permitting, regulatory compliance, enforcement matters, and internal audits • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across litigation, real estate, and corporate practices ________________________________________ Qualifications • 2 years of environmental law experience in transactions and regulatory compliance • Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school • Admission to the New York State Bar (New York Bar required) • Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills • Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment ________________________________________ Join a practice celebrated for balancing high-stakes work with a supportive atmosphere.
