Purpose of Position The Flight Attendant provides a superior air transportation experience with a strong safety record. They are the face of the NetJets Large Cabin, ensuring safe transportation and delivering an exceptional inflight service experience for Owners and passengers. The role includes responsibilities ranging from inflight chef, service, and safety professional, requiring a professional demeanor at all times. Tasks and Responsibilities Ensure the safety of all Owners and passengers in compliance with FAM, SOPs, and safety procedures. Perform interior preflight, greet Owners/passengers, brief them on aircraft features, and serve as a safety and onboard features expert. Obtain catering from outside sources as needed. Deliver in-flight service, including handling alcohol, catering, preparing beds, and following owner notes and profiles. Ensure cabin baggage is properly stowed. Conduct flights for Owners with pets and those who smoke. Work effectively in a team environment, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Act as a liaison from arrival at the FBO until departure at the final destination. Communicate maintenance issues to the Pilot in Command. Complete all required paperwork related to inventory, passdowns, and crew reports. Perform other duties as assigned, depending on the specific position. Qualifications High School diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred in hospitality, customer service, business, or culinary fields. 2-4 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office. Must be 21 years or older. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to manage rest periods and handle long hours and travel across time zones. Valid passport, driver’s license, and ability to secure airport security badges. Must pass TSA background checks and have no travel restrictions. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently. Maintain a neat appearance, professional demeanor, and excellent passenger interaction skills. Physical ability to exert force as needed and work around animals and smoke. Maintain Flight Attendant Certification and FAA requirements, including completing NetJets training.
